Golden Eagles Field (Baseball)
Originally built in 1995 and renovated in 2020, Eagles Field is located on the southwest side of Concordia's campus directly behind the brand-new Borland Manske Center (BMC).
As part of major upgrades in 2020, the remodeled dugouts and batting cages sport beautiful redwood panels, plus the dugout benches are two-tiered as in major league stadiums. This allows players and coaches to watch the action while seated. Fans can also now watch the action at the same level as the catcher, as the backstop was removed and new black netting was installed between the dugouts behind home plate.
The bleachers can house 400 fans with the press box flanked by 96 green seats featuring backs. If you prefer to stand or bring your own lawn chairs, there are several open viewing sections along the sloped lawn on the first base side or along the third base side. Other viewing options include raised balconies in the BMC for special events overlooking the outfield.
Â
The baseball facility includes an enclosed batting cage and bullpen areas for both teams that are sectioned off out of play down each line. The Eagles baseball team also has its own on-site clubhouse next to an expansive parking lot located near the back entrance to campus.
Â
Wireless internet connection is available at the field, and fans can follow home games via Live Stats. Concessions are available behind the third base dugout and offer Concordia baseball merchandise as well.  The outfield flag pole showcases Concordia's 2011 NAIA National Championship banner.
