Kyle Carroll was a standout soccer player at Concordia from 2000 to his graduation in 2004. He was selected All-GSAC his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons. He was a NAIA and GSAC Scholar-Athlete his junior and senior year. He holds the single-season record for goals, 19 in 2003, and points, with 48 in 2003. He is fourth in assists with 10 in 2003 and ninth with eight in 2002. Carroll ranks seventh with 14 goals in 2002 and fifth with 36 points in 2002. Kyle is second all-time in goals with 41 and points at 103. He is third in assists with 21 and ninth in games played at 78. In 2003 he was the Team MVP. Carroll was selected the Team Offensive Player of the Year in 2001 and 2003.
