After Graduation
After leaving Concordia Terrence pursued a professional career and it was in the fall of 2011, that Terrence would finally receive the opportunity that he was waiting for. He was offered a professional contract to play for club Hamar out of Hveragerði (Sss-fair-da-geddy) in Iceland’s First Division.
Once Terrence returned from Iceland, he began working at the Boys & Girls Club as a Youth Development Professional,
serving as a positive role model and influence in the lives of the neighborhood youth of La Puente, CA. During the summer of 2012, Terrence was extended the invitation by fellow Concordia Alumni Chris Victor to be a part of the Citrus College coaching staff. Terrence accepted for the 2012-2013 basketball season. At the conclusion of the season, Terrence once again decided to change career paths. In two years, Terrence acquired his multi-subject teaching credential and his master’s in education from National University.
In December of 2013, Terrence proposed to his long-time girlfriend Samantha Perez, who is also a fellow Concordia Alumni and softball player.
