The Rundown:  The Concordia Eagles ended their season with a 3-0 loss at Point Loma on Saturday, November 21.

By the Numbers: Ellie Ladensack had nine kills and Hannah Andrews and Rachel Flynn added seven each.    

The Difference: CUI was out-dug 63-55 and Point Loma had seven aces compared to one for CUI. 

Critical Plays:  PLNU started set one 8-0 and ran away 25-16.  CUI led 18-17 in set two, but fell down 23-20 and lost 25-21.  CUI tied at 23 in set three, but never had set point and lost 27-25. 

What it Means: The Eagles end their season on a four-match losing streak and end 14-15 and 10-10 in the conference.  The Eagles battled injury problems all season and the stiffened NCAA DII competition forced the first losing season since 2003.

Up Next:  The Eagles will get healthy in the offseason and start training for 2016.
