Through two overtime periods, the Vulcans and Eagles didn't crack, resulting in a 1-1 finish. Concordia out shot Hawai'i - Hilo 14-11, 10 of which were on goal. The Vulcans had nine saves and the Eagles had six.
Depsite the draw against the Vulcans, Concordia grabbed a win over its previous opponent, Chaminade University.
After 73 minutes of scoreless play, the Eagles finally had the opportunity to take the lead. A foul on Chaminade lined Concordia up for a penalty kick.
