Irvine, Calif. – The Concordia Men's Water Polo Team looks to upset the first place UC San Diego Tritons when they face in another Western Water Polo Association contest.

The Eagles hold a record of 4-11 overall, and 0-1 in conference play. They are in for a tough test, as the Tritons come into the game leading the conference at 10-6, and 4-0 in the WWPA.

Concordia is coming off a 12-9 loss to Fresno Pacific in its first conference game of the season. The consistency of Spencer Hosch will be key for this game, as he has eight goals in the last two games.

The Tritons will try to extend their lead in the conference after pulling ahead with a 10-7 win against Cal Baptist last weekend. They head into their last regular season home stand with a one game lead over UC Davis.

The matchup will take place at Canyonview Aquatic Center in La Jolla, Calif. on Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
