Eagles Fall To Academy Of Art In Consolation Finals

The Rundown: The Concordia Eagles fell 0-5 to Academy of Art on Saturday in the PacWest Championships Consolation Finals, in Surprise, CA.

By the Numbers:  Johanna Keeline and Samantha Schuster almost took #2 doubles, falling 8-6. 

The Difference:  AAU quickly won #3 and #6 singles to secure the match, but Ivana Vlakic had won set one in #1 singles, 6-2.

What it Means:  The Eagles complete their 2016 season with an 8-11 record and #9 regional ranking.
