Eagles Pick Up a Couple of Wins on the Road

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - The Concordia Beach Volleyball team collected a couple of wins on Friday afternoon before being rained out.
The first match of the day was a rematch between the Eagles and Cal State Los Angeles. Concordia took the first matchup 5-0 to earn their first win of the season. History repeated itself as the Eagles swept CSLA for the second
time this season.
Concordia took on Golden West College in its second match of the day. CUI won four sets before having to wrap things up early due to weather conditions.
The next competition for the Eagles Beach Volleyball team will be a double header against Mira Costa College and Riverside City College on Friday, Feb. 24
th starting at 10:00 AM on the campus of Irvine Valley College.
