Eagles Win Behind Falduti's Perfect Hitting

IRVINE, Calif. - It was a quick night of work for the Concordia Men's Volleyball team, as they earned a 3-0 (25-19, 26-24, 25-11) sweep against Irvine Valley College.
As a team, the Eagles played at an elite level and totaled 39 kills at a .350 percentage, with 36 assists, 10 aces and four blocks.
The first two sets were close, but Concordia was able to overpower the Lasers to take both. The Eagles really turned it on in the third and cruised to a 25-11 win and held their opponents to a .000 hitting percentage in the set.
Even though it was a great team effort for the Eagles,
Taylor Falduti was the star of the show. He hit an amazing 1.000 percent with 11 kills on the night. The junior also added two aces and a dig to lead the Eagles the victory.

Jonathan Predney also had an impressive performance, hitting .600 with 9 kills, two service aces and one block assists, while Junior opposite
Josiah Bergt showed up with five kills at a clip of .625.
