Women’s Tennis Dominates Hilo

The Concordia Women's Tennis team took on the Vulcans of Hawai'i Hilo on Friday and came away with a 7-2 victory.
The Eagles took five of six singles matches, dropping only the No. 1 matchup. Every win came in straight-set style. In the No. 2 position,
Luma Schwab won a tough battle (6-4, 7-6).
Johanna Keeline won in the No. 3 spot (6-1, 6-0), and in the No. 4 slot
Ghada Al-ajeely swept her opponent (6-3, 6-4).
In the fifth slot for the Eagles,
Kathrine Jensen defeated her opponent (6-3, 6-0), and
Ashley Glick grabbed a victory in the sixth spot (6-1, 6-0).
In doubles, Concordia took two out of three matches. The No. 2 team of Jensen and
Anastasiia Kuprina defeated their Vulcans opponents 9-7, and No. 3 Keeline and Glick won in commanding fashion (8-1).
