Men's Lacrosse ends regular season with big win over UCI

The Men's Lacrosse team ended its 2017 regular season with a 23-8 win over neighbor UCI on Thursday night. The Eagles were fueled by Jonathan Saavedra (4g, 1a), Justin Vasu (1g, 3a) and Jason Bergado (2g) on the offensive side of the ball while Andrew Parese (5sv) played well in his first career start in goal. Seniors Max Satossky (2g, 4/6 FO) and Bryant Hernandez (14/18 FO) were dominant at the face-off X as well.

With the win, the Eagles finish the regular season 14-1 and firmly atop the standings in the Southwestern Lacrosse Conference.  As the top seed, the Eagles get a first round bye in the conference tournament and will face the winner of (RV) Cal State San Marcos and #10 Cal State Fullerton on April 29th
