CUI traveled to Azusa Pacific Wednesday night for a PacWest showdown. Sophomore Teagan Thurman led the Golden Eagles putting up 16 points. Thurman was also active on the defensive side of the ball as she recorded two blocks, and a steal.

Graduate student Lauren Richter gave the Cougars fits down low as she posted an efficient 3 for 4 from the field finishing with seven points. She also swatted away two shots.

The Green and Gold had themselves a block party tonight finishing with a total of eight blocks compared to six for Azusa Pacific. Redshirt sophomore Erika Maggard joined Thurman and Richter with two blocks.
