CUI 18. MCK 7
The Concordia University Irvine men's water polo team powered past McKendree on Thursday, rolling to an 18–7 victory behind a balanced offensive attack and stifling defense.

With the win, the Golden Eagles improve their rhythm heading deeper into the season, showcasing their ability to combine scoring depth with defensive pressure.
CUI 14, THE MOUNT 11
Concordia University Irvine capped off its doubleheader with a hard-fought 14–11 win over Mount St. Mary's on Thursday evening. After a commanding win earlier in the day, the Golden Eagles had to dig deeper in game two as The Mount pushed the tempo and kept the contest close throughout.
CUI's balanced scoring attack once again proved the difference, with multiple players stepping up in crucial moments. Hugo Wouters and Dimitrios Koritsas continued their strong form, while assists and timely finishes from Sam Diamond, Canyon Johnson, and Nicolas Fuchs gave the Golden Eagles the edge in the second half.
Defensively, goalkeeper Pablo de Souza provided stability in the cage, collecting key saves to preserve Concordia's lead down the stretch. The Golden Eagles also capitalized on extra-man opportunities, converting at a steady rate when it mattered most.
Mount St. Mary's stayed within striking distance behind a strong offensive performance, but CUI's depth and composure carried them through the fourth quarter to secure the sweep on the day.
With the victory, Concordia improves to 2–0 on the day, showing both its offensive firepower and resilience in tighter situations.
