Golden Eagles Collect WWPA Wins Over UC Merced & FPU On Back-To-Back Days

IRVINE, Calif. - You can officially call it a hot streak as the Concordia women's water polo has now reeled off five straight victories.

The Golden Eagles took care of business on Friday and Saturday at home, sweeping the season series against both UC Merced and Fresno Pacific.

CUI improved to 16-9 overall and now 5-1 in WWPA action. Saturday's victory for the Green and Gold was also a great way to celebrate the team's five seniors, as Presley Acosta, Kennedy Brubaker, Hannah Edwards, Hailee Pike and Sofia Smith were all honored after the game.
