Biography

2014-15: Placed fourth in the 800 M Run at the Sunshine Open (2/7/15)...Was an NAIA & GSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2014: Ran in six races… Finished with her best time of 19:57.60 at the Vanguard Invitational. 

2013-2014: 14th in the 1,500 Meter Run, 16th in the 800 Meter Run, and fourth in the 4x 800 Meter Relay at the 2014 GSAC Conference Championships... 85th in the 800 Meter Run and 92nd in the 1,500 Meter Run at the 2014 Pomona-Pitzer Invitational.

2012-13: Did not qualify for Nationals.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Saint Paul (Calif.) High School, graduating in 2012... Competed on varsity cross country for three years... Team captain, All-League Co-MVP senior season, Earned All-League 3rd place and Swordsmen award junior season, Earned MVP award sophomore season, Earned All-League, 2nd place, and Rookie of the Year freshman season.

OTHER: Born Nov. 17, 1993 in Montebello, CA to Edward and Angeles Barron... Has one brother (24) and one sister (29)... Majoring in psychology... Plan after graduation is to become a therapist... Enjoys watching movies.
