Concordia Irvine Athletics

2016: Started five matches of the 13 played in and 24 sets. Totaled 22 kills, 16 blocks, seven digs, and an ace on the season. Started his senior night against UC Santa Cruz (March 22) and picked up six kills and five blocks including two solos. Hit .500 on four kills in six attempts and had three digs in a sweep over Charleston. Came off the bench against Holy Names (February 6) and had three kills, four blocks, and an ace.

2015: Named NAIA National Academic All-Conference… Played in 19 sets… Notched nine kills and four blocks.

2014: Appeared in 10 games ... Finished the season with 13 blocks, seven kills, two digs, and one assist... Selected NAIA National Academic All-Conference.

2013: Appeared in five games ... Finished the season with three digs, two kills, and one block.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Mission Hills (Calif.) High School, graduating in 2012... Played varsity volleyball for three years... Earned team MVP, First Team All-League, most blocks and kills, team captain senior season... Team MVP, Second Team All-League, most blocks, team captain junior season.

OTHER: Born December 1, 1993 in San Diego, Calif. to Tim and Sandra Thompson... Has one brother (Evan, 23) and one sister (Casey, 18)... Majoring in business marketing... Enjoys hiking, Call of Duty, and sleeping.
