JUNIOR COLLEGE: Attended Cerritos College in Norwalk, CA for three years … Competed on both the track & cross country team... Qualified for the Southern California Prelims in the 1500 meter event with a time of 4:08.48... Came in eighth place at the South Coast Conference Championships... Competed in the 800 meter, 3000 meter, and 5000 meter events as well.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Lakewood High School in 2012 … Competed on the track team for three years and the cross country team for four … Also played soccer for three years … Was named most valuable freshman, sophomore, junior and senior.
OTHER: Born on July 29th, 1994 in Long Beach, CA to Wilmer and Eva Pleitez … Has one brother Chris... Majoring in Business Management… Enjoys going to the beach during his free time.
