Lukas Baildon joined the Eagles as a graduate assistant coach for the 2019-2020 school year.  In the spring of 2019, he was a volunteer assistant coach at SUNY Potsdam where he also earned a degree in community health.  

Before Baildon started coaching at the college level, he was a starter for SUNY Potsdam at attack and coached the local Potsdam fifth and sixth grade boys lacrosse team. Lukas moved to New York from Berlin, Germany in 2013 to join the Genesee Community College Cougars, who were ranked No. 4 in the NJCAA both years he played there. During his time in New York, he played Senior B box lacrosse in Canada for the St. Regis Braves.  

Baildon also has international lacrosse playing experience, having been apart of the 2012 German U19 National Team, 2015 U19 German Box National Team and 2016 German Mens National Team. 

Lukas Baildon is excited to be on the west coast and coaching at a high level program. He is working towards his master's degree through the coaching and athletic administration program that CUI has to offer and looks forward to learning and progressing as a coach.
