Danny Califf joined the CUI coaching staff in 2024 as a volunteer assistant who also helps with the program's camps. He stands at the forefront of player development as a leader within LAFC’s Academy and Second Team programs, where he shapes the growth trajectories of emerging soccer talents. With a storied 14-year professional playing career, including representing the U.S. Men’s National Team as a captain and Olympian, Danny brings unparalleled experience and insight to the field.

Danny has spent over a decade mentoring athletes to sharpen their decision-making, boost confidence, and unlock creativity on the pitch. His passion for fostering excellence makes him a pivotal figure in guiding the next generation of soccer stars.
