Victor Nogueira

Victor Nogueria joined the CUI coaching staff as goalkeeper coach in 2015. During his time with the Eagles, he has helped both the men's and women's soccer squads including 2015 All-PacWest keeper Darby Clements.

From 2003-2009, he was the Assistant Director of the D.M.C.V. Sharks Soccer Club in San Diego, CA.  From 2002-2004 he was the Assistant Coach of the M.I.S.L. San Diego Shockers.  From 1992-2002 he was the Assistant Coach of the M.I.S.L. Milwaukee Wave and from 1995-2002 he was the Director of the Cedarburg Soccer Club in Milwaukee.  From 1993-1995 he was the head coach of the Cardinal Strich soccer program in Milwaukee.

He played professionally from 1975-2005 for the Rangers FC Mayfair, Newcastle Ud, Atlanta Chiefs, Chicago Sting, San Diego Shockers, and Milwaukee Wave.

In his career, he was a 12-time All-Star, four-time league MVP, and two-time inductee into the San Diego Hall of Champions.  He was voted the 1991 FIFA World Indoor Goalkeeper of the Year.
