Biography

2023: First Team All-PacWest selection... Helped nationally-ranked CUI claim 4th straight PacWest Conference title... Hit .285 with six home runs and 33 RBI... Led CUI with 15 doubles and was one of four Golden Eagles to start all 61 games... Helped CUI win first PacWest Conference Tournament played since 2000... D2ADA Academic Award recipient and Academic All-PacWest. 

2022:  First Team All-PacWest... Also D2CCA First Team All-Region and NFCA Second Team All-Region...  Led entire PacWest Conference with 53 RBI while hitting .369 in 52 starts... Finished second on the squad with 12 doubles, 59 hits and also batting average... Playing primarily at third base for the PacWest Conference champions, she bashed eight home runs including one in the NCAA DII West Regional against Chico State... Also hit game-winning two-run homer at home to top APU (4/30/22)... Had team-best 16-game hitting streak and also a separate 13-game hitting streak... Helped CUI climb to No. 1 in the NFCA DII rankings and rattle off 36 straight wins which is the program's longest winning streak to begin a season in school history... Academic All-PacWest and NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete recipient.

2021: Second Team All-PacWest at catcher... Hit .280 in 45 starts and tied for second on the squad with eight homers on the year... Her 34 RBI were also second on the team... She also cranked out six doubles, 22 walks and 37 hits which were all third-highest on the team in those categories... Helped CUI clinch SoCal Pod title in PacWest Conference... Academic All-PacWest.

2020: Hit .299 in shortened season and collected 20 hits, 8 doubles and 13 RBI... Started all 22 contests and split time at first base and catcher.... Named to the Preseason All-PacWest Team... PacWest Player of the Week (Feb. 17)... Academic All-PacWest.

2019: Voted Third-Team NFCA All-American as a true freshman and also made NFCA All-Region First Team and D2CCA All-Region Second Team... Named All-PacWest First Team and PacWest Freshman of the Year after leading all qualified Concordia hitters with a .373 batting average, 9 HR and 59 hits as a true freshman... Also third on her team with 39 RBI... Started 50 games showcasing her versatility as both a first baseman and catcher.... Academic All-PacWest.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Palm Desert High School and graduated in 2018... Honor roll student... Four year varsity player... Softball player of the year... Senior athlete of the year... 2018 MVP... Nicknames are Syd, Sprinks, Sprinkle, and Sprinkie... Favorite team is the Dodgers... Greatest athletic thrill was going 5/5 during my first high school league game and hitting three homers... Pre-game superstition/ritual is to never step on the chalk and blast EDM as soon as I wake up... Biggest hero is my grandpa... Favorite movies are Martian, Avatar, and Shrek... Best advice I ever received was, "Listen first"
