Biography
2014-15: Placed second in the 1000 M Run at the Sunshine Open (2/7/15)… Placed first in the 800 M Run and second in the 1500 M Run at the PLNU Invitational (3/28/15)… Placed second in the 800 M Run Finals and the 1500 M Run Finals and first in the 4x400 M Relay at the GSAC Championships (4/25/15)… Placed fifth in the 800 M Run Finals at the NAIA Outdoor Championships (5/23/15)... Was an NAIA All-American.
2014: Named All-GSAC… Ran his best time of 26:03.53 at the Vanguard Invitational… Placed in the top-15 in three races including a 13th place finish at the GSAC Championships… Led CUI in all six races in which he competed.
2013-2014: Finished eighth in the 1,000 Meter Run at the 2014 Indoor NAIA National Championships and 20th in the 800 Meter Run at the 2014 Outdoor NAIA National Championships... First in the 800 Meter Run, second in the 4x 800 Meter relay, and first in the 4x 400 Meter Relay at the 2014 GSAC Conference Championships... Took 11th in the 800 Meter Run at the 2014 Pomona-Pitzer Invitational.
2012-13: Took second in 600, eighth in 1000, eighth in 4X400 relay at the Westmont Open (1/19/13) ... Took first in 800, 12th in 1500, third in 4x800 relay at GSAC Championships (4/26/13).
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Costa Mesa High School, graduating in 2012 ... Competed on the varsity track and field for four seasons and cross country for three seasons ... Named captain for track and field his junior and senior seasons ... Senior season earned MVP, Kiwanis Athlete of the Month, and CIF Finalist for cross country and MVP, Kiwanis Athlete of the Month, Most Outstanding Athlete, CIF Finalist, and placed sixth for CIF Southern Section, Division 3 for track ... Junior season earned MVP in cross country and track and Most Outstanding Athlete in track ... Sophomore season earned the coaches awarded in cross country and Kiwanis Athlete of the Month and MVP in track ... Freshman season earned the coaches award in jumps.
