PREVIOUS SCHOOLS:
2025: Played a season at Golden West College contributing 339 receptions, 198 digs, 45 assists and also nine service aces and eight kills in 22 matches. He played in 68 sets for the Rustlers and averaged 2.91 digs/set and only had 15 reception errors in over 350 attempts

2024: Made collegiate debut playing for Long Island University (LIU) ironically against his future team here at Concordia. Appeared in 25 matches and 78 sets while recording 88 digs, five assists and two kills.

HIGH SCHOOL: Joseph Nunez graduated from Marina High School in 2022. He was a 4 Year Varsity Starter and was named 2x Team Captain. He was part of the 2021 CIF and State champion team and received All Sunset League First Team x2 and was an All CIF selection. Nunez was also named Most inspirational Male athlete 2022 and Overall team MVP, along with being a 2x Team defensive team MVP. Academically, he was recognized as a Scholar with Honors and an Athlete of Character 2022.
 
PERSONAL: Born on October 30th, 2004. His favorite television shows are Friends, The Office, and Impractical Jokers. His favorite movie is The Grinch. His favorite music artists are J Cole and Bruno Mars. His walkout song would be "My life" by J Cole. His pregame superstition is to listen to music. His favorite professional athlete is Steph Curry, and his favorite professional sports team is the Golden State Warriors.
