One of the most decorated CUI softball players in program history, Fama returned as a volunteer assistant coach to her alma mater for the 2021 season.

In addition to holding multiple school records at CUI, including most career home runs and highest batting average, Fama also became an Olympian in 2021. She started at shortstop for Italy in the Tokyo Olympics, played impressive defense and collected a base hit during that unique opportunity. She is a dual citizen of both Italy and the US.
