One of the most decorated softball players in program history, Massa joined the CUI softball coaching staff as a graduate assistant before the 2023 season.
As a student-athlete, she was a 4-time All-Region outfielder at CUI and voted the 2022 PacWest Player of the Year after leading both her team and the conference in batting average. Before graduating, she set the school record for career walks (102) and sacrifice flies (14).
Her name is all over the CUI softball record book in dozens of categories. She ranks second all-time with 240 games played and 236 games started and is No. 4 in career hits, doubles and runs scored. She was named First Team All-PacWest four times and capped off her impressive career as the CUI Female Athlete of the Year at the 2023 Senior Awards Legacy Banquet.
