Biography
Indoor 2016: Member of Concordia’s first Pac West Championship team… Played in all 29 matches and 107 sets with 21 starts as either an opposite hitter or middle blocker… Fourth on the team in kills with 215 and averaged 2.01 per set… Collected 87 total blocks, 63 digs and 260 points… Notched double-digit kills in nine matches… Had a career night at Azusa Pacific (Oct. 1) where she had 14 kills, seven blocks, five digs and hit .429… Opened the season with back-to-back games with five blocks against Seattle Pacific and UC San Diego (Sept. 2)… Picked up a career high 37 attempts to go along with 13 kills versus Azusa Pacific (Oct. 29).
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Arnold O. Beckman High School in Tustin, CA… Earned one letter in volleyball… Named captain senior year… Two-time MVP her junior and senior year… Named two time First Team All League junior and senior year… Played at T-Street Volleyball club and were the 18 Open National Champions.
OTHER: Born on April 8, 1998 to Phuongthuy and Van Tran… Has two sisters (Diana, 20 and Kristine, 9)… Majoring in Biology… Career goal is to be a pediatrician… Biggest heroes are her dad and grandpa… Enjoys going to the beach, hanging with friends and family.
