HIGH SCHOOL: Named Mariner of the Year at Pacifica High School where she was a CIF semifinalist and part of squad that was Empire League Champs (2019-2021)... Scholar-Athlete Award recipient with a 4.0 GPA... Also earned the Student-Athlete Award all four years and was Student of the Semester for World Languages (2019)... Honored Student for Honors Chemistry (2018) and made Principal's Honor Roll all four years.

PERSONAL: Born July 15, 2003 to Ana and Herberth Velado... Majoring in biology at CUI... Favorite TV shows include "Grey's Anatomy," "Criminal Minds" and "Into the Night" ... Favorite movies are "Under The Same Moon," "Three Steps Above The Sky" and "The Book of Life" ... Enjoys listening to Camilo, Sebastian Yatra and Christian Nodal... If she could pick walk-up music like a baseball or softball player, it would be reggae or trap music, so it makes sense that part of her pregame ritual is to pray and listen to trap music... Favorite pro athletes are Keylor Navas, Lionel Messi and Mario Gonzalez (ES)... Enjoys rooting for FC Barcelona, PSG and La Selecta (ES)...
