Concordia Irvine Athletics

Haley DeSales is a 2019 graduate from UC Irvine where she got her Bachelor’s in Education Sciences. At Concordia, she is currently working towards her multiple subject teaching credential and Master of Education.

DeSales started her division 1 collegiate career at Washington State. She then transferred closer to home to play her next three years at UC Irvine. She played her freshman through junior years as an outside hitter and then switched to the libero spot her senior year. DeSales received first team All-Big West conference honors in both the 2017 and 2018 seasons. She also earned honors for the Big West All-Academic team twice and was on Dean’s Honor List seven times at UCI.

At La Salle High School, DeSales led the Lancers to two back-to-back CIF Division 1A titles, earning player of the year both times. She was also a PrepVolleyball All American.

Haley has five years of club coaching experience at both Forza1 West and Prime Volleyball Club.

She looks forward to learning and growing as a coach during her time at Concordia.
