Jonathan started playing volleyball when he was 12 and fell in love with it right away. He went to Orange Lutheran High School and then went on to play at Concordia University Irvine as an outside hitter from 2014-2018.
While playing at Concordia Jonathan earned multiple accolades and set a handful of records. He currently stands second in all time kills and total attacks in the CUI record book just to name a couple.Â
He has been coaching for 10 years at all different levels. Last year Predney came back to CUI as one of the assistants for the CUI Men's Volleyball team and will continue as a volunteer assistant.
Jonathan has been married to his wife Kaila for five years and they live close by in Costa Mesa. In his free time Jonathan likes to golf, surf, and play beach volleyball with his friends on 41st in Newport Beach.
