Kaia Nisby joined the CUI’s sports information department as a graduate assistant in August of 2024. She works with Ben Rosehart to promote Concordia’s student-athletes.
She is a former Concordia Softball player who graduated in the year of 2024 with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. As a former student-athlete, Kaia learned many lessons and overcame many hardships that she will always remember when she has the opportunity of working professionally. Kaia spent four years at Concordia competing at the collegiate level as a two-year starter, and after graduating realized that she belonged somewhere in sports, and has decided to return to Concordia in 2024 as a student in the Sports Business program. Kaia’s passion for sports grew after attending Concordia, because after moving to Orange County, she had the opportunity to go to more sports games and build a love for watching them.
Kaia is very hopeful that she will leave CUI a better place than she found it, and is grateful for every lesson that she has learned from being a student-athlete at Concordia.
