Megan Kronschnabel joined the CUI coaching staff in the summer of 2026 as a graduate assistant coach.

She most recently served as the head assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) women's volleyball program. During her two seasons with the Athenas, she played an integral role in the success of the program. CMS captured the 2024 SCIAC Regular Season Championship and earned SCIAC Coaching Staff of the Year honors before winning the 2025 SCIAC Tournament the next year. The Athenas also made two consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, while Kronschnabel helped develop five AVCA All-Americans during her time at Claremont. 

Prior to CMS, Kronschnabel served as the head women's volleyball coach at Waubonsee Community College from 2022–24, where she led all aspects of the program, including recruiting, player development, practice planning, scouting, and program operations. During that time, she also coached with 1st Alliance Volleyball Club, working primarily with the 17s age group and helping athletes prepare for collegiate competition.

A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, Kronschnabel brings nearly a decade of coaching experience across the collegiate, high school, and club levels. She spent six years with Las Vegas Volleyball Academy as both a coach and club manager while completing her undergraduate studies and later coached with Tstreet Volleyball Club. She also served as an assistant coach at Faith Lutheran High School, her alma mater.

Kronschnabel graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. Throughout her coaching career, she has remained committed to developing well-rounded student-athletes through technical training, competitive excellence, and a positive team culture.
