Dylan Miles has served as the head coach of the women's lacrosse program at Concordia University Irvine since being named to the post in August of 2019.

Miles led the Golden Eagles to 12 wins during each of the past two seasons, which is the most since 2017. The 2025 squad made it to the WCLA National Tournament for a third consecutive season.

CUI went a perfect 3-0 at the Santa Barbara Shootout in 2024 and won its first five overall games before finishing in third place at the WWLL Postseason Tournament. His team capped off a fantastic season with a trip to the WCLA National Championship Tournament in Kansas, with CUI notching a win on the national stage for the first time in seven years.

A graduate of CUI and former men's lacrosse player, Miles is also a proud member of the school's 2017 National Championship team. He played for his mentor Ryan Brent and then followed in his footsteps working as an assistant coach for the men's squad for two seasons. Miles is an assistant coach for Santa Margarita High School and continues to coach for So Cal Express and OC Shamrocks. Prior to moving to Santa Margarita, Miles coached with Brent at Crean Lutheran HS as the two helped build a program that ultimately posted a 16-1 record this past season.

Miles started playing lacrosse in seventh grade in the Orange County area and continued at Foothill High School where he won a CIF-SS Championship in 2010. After high school, he began coaching youth and high school lacrosse through Foothill's program. He has extensive youth coaching experience with OC Crush, Wolfpack, OC Shamrocks and SoCal Express programs. Dylan was also part of the Foothill coaching staff for five years, winning two CIF-SS Championships in that span.
