CUI Blanked Again, Fall To HPU

The Difference: At half two of HPU's three shots were on goal.  CUI had two shots but none on target.  The numbers were fairly even, with HPU outshooting 12-9 and 7-5 in shots on goal, but HPU just got better looks at the goal

Critical Plays: HPU controlled the ball from the kickoff, and then Josch Cuerten put HPU up 1-0 at 20:46.  Jeremy Gordon missed a header wide late in the first half off a corner kick.  Jesus Garcia almost snuck a ball into the top frame five minutes into the second half, but the HPU keeper made the tip.  Brinkley denied an open chance at the 60-minute mark.  HPU made it 2-0 at 66:34 when Cuerten scored again.  Chris Rodriguez just missed a couple free kicks in the second half, representing CUI's best chances.
