The Rundown: The Concordia Eagles continued their excellent play with a sweep over Chaminade at home on Wednesday, 7-0 and 4-1.

By the Numbers: Grayson Harvey threw the first no-hitter in the NCAA era and her second career no-no. She also tallied a career-high 14 strikeouts. Ryann Ferguson and Charlotte Foster homered, and Amy Eilefson and Megan Feuerstein doubled. Ferguson and Dominique Espinoza had two hits each.
The Difference:Â Even though she walked five, Harvey was dominate in this one.Â
Critical Plays: Dominique Espinoza and Ferguson singled in the first and Foster homered to left to make it 3-0. Through two innings five of the six batters retired Harvey struck out. Despite four walks, Harvey matched her season-high of nine strikeouts by the fourth inning. After Espinoza walked in the fifth, Ferguson hit a bomb to straightaway center. Two batters later Eilefson doubled to left center, but did not score. After a walk, Feuerstein doubled down the left field line in the sixth. Espinoza drove in two with a single up the middle, 7-0. Harvey worked around an error in the seventh to clinch the no-hitter.
Concordia 4, Chaminade 1
By the Numbers: BethAnn McCann continued the excellent pitching day, scattering six hits and one run over seven innings to improve to 8-2. Ferguson doubled twice and Foster and Jasmin Dresser also doubled. Ferguson and Yglesias had three hits.
The Difference:Â The Eagles scored one run in four different innings and McCann just needed two of them.
Critical Plays: Singles from Alyssa Yglesias and Ferguson put them at the corners for CUI in the first. A groundout made it 1-0. Dresser doubled to left center with one out in the second. Hannah Howell followed with a single and both moved on a groundout. Yglesias singled to second base to make it 2-0. The Silverswords put together three singles for a run in the third. Ferguson led off the bottom with a double to right center. CUH got three outs to stay within one. Ferguson and Foster started the fifth with doubles to left, making it 3-1. An error and bunt single from Feuerstein made it 4-1 in the sixth.Â
What it Means:Â The Eagles improve to 29-8 and 11-5 and now are riding a three-game winning streak after coming off the three-game skid.
