The Rundown: On a cloudy and drizzly day, the Concordia Eagles swept Hawaii Pacific at home on Friday, 6-4 and 6-1, at Eagles Field.

By the Numbers:  Jasmin Dresser and Amy Eilefson both homered, with Dresser's being the walkoff winner with two outs in the seventh.  Hannah Howell and Megan Feuerstein doubled, and winning pitcher Grayson Harvey (17-4) tied her career strikeout mark set last week with 14.

The Difference:  CUI was able to overcome early errors and losing the lead with two outs in the top of the seventh as Dresser's shot took the win.

Critical Plays:  Three CUI errors directly led to an HPU 2-0 lead in the top of the first.  A solo shot from the Sharks in the third inning made it 3-0.  Megan Feuerstein and Alyssa Yglesias singled in the third, and Charlotte Foster walked to load the bags with two out.  There were left stranded.  Eilefson opened the fourth with a solo shot to straight away center.  Howell followed with a double over the left fielder.  After Dominique Espinoza singled to short, Feuerstein doubled down the left field to make it 2-3.  A passed ball and error gave CUI the 4-3 edge.  With two outs in the seventh, HPU homered down the left line to tie the game.  After a walk and stolen base CUI had a runner on second in the seventh, and Dresser walked off with a shot to left field.

By the Numbers:  Charlotte Foster and Nicole Chavez homered, Dresser doubled, and Hannah Howell doubled twice.  BethAnn McCann scattered five hits for the win (10-2). 

The Difference:  The Eagles exploded for six runs in the third inning with Foster and Chavez both homering in the frame.

Critical Plays:  Ferguson and Foster both singled in the first but did not score.  HPU loaded the bases with no outs in the second.  A lineout double play kept the board clean.  McCann escaped with two on in the third.  Ferguson and Yglesias singled in the third, and Foster homered to center to make it 3-0.  Dresser and Hannah Howell doubled later in the inning to add one more.  Chavez then homered down the left line to make it 6-0.  HPU got one back in the fifth.  Susana Gurney came in to close the seventh. 

What it Means:  The Eagles improve to 32-9 and 13-5 in the PacWest.
