Concordia Men's Tennis beat Biola University for their second win of 2018, besting its competition 8-1. The victory improves the Eagles' record to 2-0, after the 5-4 win over Cerritos JC last week.
Florian Mayer and Daniel Reddman defeated their opponents in doubles by a score of 8-4.
Nakita Katsnelson and
Joseph Bray were up next, and took down Biola's pair of Westwood and Lau 8-2.
Man Hon Ko and
Yubo Chen rounded out the doubles with an 8-2 victory. Mayer kicked off the singles play with a 6-1, 6-2 win. Katsnelson won in three sets, while Bray,
Thomas Kyle, and
Man Hon Ko won in two.
Wednesday, the Eagles head to El Cajon, Calif. for a 2 p.m. matchup against San Diego Christian College.
