IRVINE, Calif. – The Concordia University, Irvine Men's Tennis team competed against Sonoma State University March 21, 2018 with a final result of 5-4, Sonoma.
The team went head to head in the singles competition, coming out even with three wins for both CUI and SSU. Athletes Nikita Katsnelson (5-7, 7-5, 11-9), Man Hon Ko (6-4, 3-6, 6-3), and Yubo Chen (6-1, 6-2) came out on top in their matches. Florian Mayer and Daniel Reddmann were triumphant in their doubles competition with a final score of 8-4.
Coming up: The Men's Team is scheduled to play University of Hawaii at Hilo Saturday, March 24th. First serve is set for 2:00 PM.
