The Men's Tennis Team competed against UC San Diego this past Wednesday at Northview Tennis Courts in La Jolla, Calif. The final score was 3-6.

In singles competition, the Eagles got two wins against the Tritons. Thomas Kyle won his match with scores of 6-2, 4-6, and 6-2. Man Hon Ko also won his match with scores of 6-1, 4-6, and 6-0. In doubles competition, Nikita Katsnelson and Shimon Murakami won their match 8-5.

The following day the Men's Tennis Team faced Biola University at the Biola Tennis Center in La Mirada, Calif. CUI won with a final score of 8-1.

They were dominant in both singles and doubles competition. Florian Mayer (6-2, 6-4), Joseph Bray (0-6, 6-1, 6-4), Katsnelson (3-6, 6-2, 7-5,)Kyle (6-1, 6-2), Man Hon Ko (6-4, 6-1) and Otto Heinz (6-1, 6-2) all won their matches.

In doubles competition, Kyle/Man Hon Ko won their match 8-4 and Katsnelson/Murakami won their match 8-4.

The Eagles' next match is against Westmont College at 11:00 a.m on April 12th.
