Reigning PacWest Conference Player of the Week Connor Gordon scored two goals and added an assist and Julian Font added a goal and an assist to push Concordia University Irvine past Biola 4-1 in Saturday's non-conference tilt.

After Saturday's result, Gordon ranks second all-time with 16 career assists at Concordia and moved into a tie for third place in school history with 39 career goals.

Gordon ended Saturday leading the PacWest conference in scoring with seven goals on the season.

Font fed him with a cross in the 24th minute of action to put Concordia up 1-0.

The Green and Gold then expanded their lead early in the second half when Font headed in a ball from Elijah Amadin. 

Jose Garfias setup Gordon five minutes later on a nifty through ball to make it 3-0 CUI.

Biola avoided the shutout with a goal in the 86th minute by Hunter Finnegan but the home team would have the last word.

Jafet Sanchez net his first goal of the year by racing down the left side and taking a pass off the foot of Gordon.
