Redlands, Calif.- Women's water polo goes two for two in their match ups on Friday Feb. 15.

Game One: The first win of the season was against the Whittier Poets as the Eagles outscored them 17-8.  Dailynn Santoro started the game off strong scoring the first goal for the Eagles.  The Eagles trailed the Poets in the first quarter and then took the lead in the second quarter, 6-5.  The eagles proceeded to find the net as they scored nine goals in the third quarter alone.  Santoro lead the team with five goals and added two assists and two steals.  Hanna Jordan was able to add three goals along with an assist and a steal.  Farrah Martin, Madison Ravelo, and Elena Isogawa all added two goals each for the Eagles to help contribute to their first win.

Game Two: The Eagles were able to hold their opponent to eight goals again against the Redlands Bulldogs.  The Eagles scored 18 this match and beat the Bulldogs each quarter.  Ravelo went six for seven in shots making her the leading scorer of the game with six goals.  Ravelo also grabbed three steals and had an assist.  Both Shannon Graham and Jordan added three goals apiece and a combined three assists.  Lindsey Heaney and Santoro added two goals each and a combined three assists as well.  These two goals led Santoro to be the leading scorer of the day with eight goals in total. 

The Eagles next match will be Friday Feb. 21 at 1:30 p.m. against Toronto at the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center, the home pool for the Eagles!  For the full women's water polo schedule click here.
