Harry Nixon and
Andrew Dimino helped the cause by combining for three more goals between them.
Unfortunately, the Sagehens proved they could score as well and were able to swim away with a 17-11 victory.
CUI was coming off an amazing victory on Senior Day in which Runyan scored the game-tying and game-winning goals in sudden death ovetime to beat Fresno Pacific. It was a great example of a true team win.

The Eagles now turn their attention to the upcoming WWPA Tournament which will be hosted by UC Davis.
CUI will be the No. 7 seed and faced No. 2 seed UC San Diego in the first round on Friday, Nov. 19 at 9:30 a.m.
