IRVINE, Calif. – CUI baseball scored a total of 10 runs in their two games against Regis University Saturday afternoon. However, it wasn't enough as the Rangers won both games of the doubleheader dropping the Golden Eagles to 1-3 on the young season.
The offense was led by junior left fielder
Michael Dixon who finished Saturday with one homerun, two hits, and two RBIs.

Landry Spitler.
Dixon was the very next batter, and he wasted no time turning on a fastball up and in sending the ball high over the left field fence for his first longball of the season. Senior
Calvin Schonebaum who got the start on Saturday recorded his first RBI of the season in the bottom of the seventh inning when he ripped a double down the right field line.
