IRVINE, Calif. The Golden Eagles had back-to-back days with tennis matches but stayed perfect through both.
With Hawaii teams in town, the Chaminade Silverswords was the first team to trek to CUI. The Golden Eagles had a great team win on Tuesday against CSULA, and Wednesday's competition was no different.
The Golden Eagles handled their business from doubles to the last singles match.
Alicia Da Re and
Jessica Bear won their match 6-0, while
Bryn Johnson and
Emilie Lugon-Moulin won 6-1 to earn a point for CUI.
After the doubles wrapped up, the Golden Eagles did quick work and truly flexed their muscles against the Silverswords, not allowing more than 2 points to be scored on themselves, winning in a formidable fashion 7-0.
