IRVINE, Calif. - A trio of Concordia University Irvine men's lacrosse players led a large contingent of Golden Eagles on the RMAC Academic Honor Roll list as the league celebrated the top student-athletes in the sport from the 2026 season.
Concordia senior
Max Texter was named RMAC Men's Lacrosse Academic Player of the Year. It's the second time he has made the First Team Academic All-RMAC list as well.
Two-time RMAC Defensive Player of the Year
Jake Cloutier and teammate
Braddock Kendrick joined Texter as First Team Academic All-RMAC selections.
The RMAC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes in each conference-sponsored sport who academically maintain at least a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average, have completed two consecutive semesters at their current institution, and have used a season of competition.
Each institution's athletic communications directors nominate student-athletes who academically maintain at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average, along with the other criteria for the Academic Honor Roll, for recognition on the First Team Academic All-RMAC. The league's athletic communications directors (also called sports information directors or sports communicators) vote to compose the team and select the Academic Player of the Year. They are not permitted to vote for their own student-athletes.
