Compliance with NCAA rules is of the highest priority for our athletics program and institution. As a member of the NCAA DII, Concordia University Irvine is responsible for the actions of its boosters and fans. Even the best-intentioned action on your part may be a violation of NCAA rules. Please contact the Compliance Office if you have questions regarding what is permissible. We encourage our boosters and fans to "Ask Before You Act".
The mission of CUI Compliance is to provide a comprehensive compliance and monitoring program that promotes knowledge of and adherence to NCAA and PacWest Conference and institutional rules and regulations among members of the athletics department, student-athletes, CUI personnel and members of the athletics community, thereby reducing infractions that otherwise may occur.

Student-athletes who wish to play sports at Division I or Division II schools must register with the NCAA Eligibility Center. The Eligibility Center checks eligibility and amateurism status for all Division I and II schools. Students are able to register with the Eligibility Center any time during their high school career. It is recommended that student-athletes register prior to the end of their junior year and update their record after each semester and again immediately following graduation.
For Eligibility Center information and registration materials students should visit with their high school guidance counselor.
