COSTA MESA, Calif. - The Golden Eagles Track and Field teams made their 2023 Outdoor Season debut at OCC this past Friday. Concordia put on a strong showing as both squads were firing on all cylinders.

Both teams combined for 13 event wins:
Josiah Chin: 600m
Jason St. Pierre: 3000m
Owen Beam, Josiah Chin, Colin Bervig, Jason St. Pierre: DMR
Dylan Fox: Long Jump
Hunter Hornaday: Hammer Throw
Adriana Gil: 3000m
Maurinique Avery: 60mH
Gabriella Hiraldo: High Jump
Alexandra Ortiz: Long Jump
Darrian Williams: Triple Jump
Khaiya Simpson: Discus
Khaiya Simpson: Hammer Throw
Lili Jones: Javelin

Head Coach Keegan Bloomfield reflected on the meet, "We had fun, we got out and competed and busted the rust.  We've got a really great group this year and the coaching staff is excited to see how we keep developing."
