INDIANAPOLIS, In. – A historic moment unfolded at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships, as Concordia University Irvine's Jasmyn Crawford earned First Team All-American honors in the long jump.

Crawford finished 5th overall with a jump of 6.06 meters. This marks the first time in CUI history that a female student-athlete has secured a First Team All-American title at the DII Indoor Championships. It was a strong showing on a big stage, and it reflects her hard work and talent.

This season has already been one to remember for Crawford. Earlier, she set school records, including a 6.02-meter jump at the Concordia Classic, which qualified her for the NCAA Indoor Championships. Crawford has also set records in the 60m and 200m dashes, proving she's not just a long jumper, but a versatile athlete.

Before transferring to CUI, Crawford was a standout at Whittier College, where she earned DIII All-American honors. She was the first woman in school history to become an individual All-American in track and field, marking a historic achievement in her career.
