IRVINE, Calif. – Concordia University Irvine's
Morgan Kneubuhler was announced Wednesday as an unanimous Second Team All-American catcher in NCAA DII by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA).
She was also voted Second Team All-American at the catcher position by the D2CCA (Division II Conference Commissioners Association) which is voted on by NCAA DII sports information directors and sports communicators.
It is the first Division II nod for Kneubuhler and her third overall as she garnered consecutive first-team honors in 2024 and 2025 as a member of Mt. San Antonio College before coming to Concordia.
Kneubuhler was also named First Team All-Region after leading both Concordia and the entire PacWest in home runs this season.
Kneubuhler is one of only a handful of DII softball players in the nation that hit at least 17 homers in 2026, which ranks among the Top 10 for a single season in the CUI record book. She also led CUI with 59 RBI and hit .402 with six doubles. Her on-base percentage was .430 and her slugging percentage was the best on the squad at .712, giving her a whopping 1.142 OPS on the season.

Her standout junior season with the Golden Eagles contained many individual and team highlights, as
CUI won its fourth straight PacWest Conference Tournament and made the NCAA Regional playoffs for the eighth consecutive time. Kneubuhler led the conference in home runs and also helped CUI win the PacWest Conference regular season title for the seventh time in 10 years.
