For the third time this season, Concordia University Irvine guard Jasmine Rachal is your PacWest Freshman of the Week.
 
Rachal averaged 18.0 points and 1.7 rebounds this past week in three games. She finished off Concordia's final homestand of the year with a team-high 27 points and three rebounds against Chaminade.
 
The Brea, Calif. native also shot a scorching 11-for-13 from the field and sank two treys against the Silverswords.  This came after she scored a combined 27 points in earlier games against HPU and Fresno Pacific.
 
Rachal and the Eagles are close to clinching a spot in the upcoming PacWest Conference Tournament.  To secure the six seed in the tourney, the Eagles need either a win over Point Loma on the road this Saturday in their regular season finale or for Notre Dame de Namur to lose one of its last three contests.  The Argos play all three Hawaii schools this week.
