IRVINE, Calif. - The Concordia University Irvine Track and Field team competed across multiple meets on April 16th and 17th including the Bryan Clay Invitational, Pacific Coast Invitational, and the ULV Leopard Invite. Across the two days the Golden Eagles delivered national marks school records and numerous personal bests.
Bryan Clay Invitational
At Bryan Clay Noah Plaza clocked 29:59.44 in the men's 10,000 meter run hitting a national provisional mark and setting a new personal best.
Porshe Eismann posted a season best 2:12.19 in the women's 800 meter and Lucas Grunden ran 1:55.29 in the men's 800 meter.
 Pacific Coast InvitationalÂ
At the Pacific Coast Invitational Tim Weller threw 51.30 meters in the men's discus reaching a national mark and setting a new personal best. Trey Vergenz followed with 47.82 meters in the discus and 49.20 meters in the hammer throw.
In the women's discus Tayla Crenshaw threw 45.48 meters and Khaiya Simpson reached 44.11 meters. In the men's shot put Hunter Hornaday threw 15.21 meters and Ryan Santana followed with 14.67 meters.
ULV Leopard Invite
Joshua Collier won the 110 meter hurdles with a personal best of 14.25. Parker Williams finished close behind in second.
In the women's hammer throw Issabella Torrez placed sixth with a throw of 40.55 meters.
Jasmyn Crawford broke the meet record in the women's long jump with a mark of 6.16 meters and also placed first in the 200 meter prelims.
Telma Kristjansson set both a meet and school record in the women's high jump clearing 1.71 meters.
In the women's 100 meter dash Nataleah Yanez Veronica Campbell and Logan Nelson all advanced to the finals. In the men's 100 meter dash Tyler Harvey and Denilson Mendoza earned spots in the finals with college bests.
Max Castin won the men's high jump and placed second in the long jump. Jaxson Malchow finished fifth in the long jump.
In the javelin Harper Foshee won the event with a mark of 37.94 meters and Alexis Sumner took second with a season best of 37.32 meters.
